All products sold on AndroBranch are digital and non-tangible in nature. Once a digital product is delivered, accessed, or downloaded, it cannot be physically returned.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled once the payment is successfully completed and access/download is provided.

• Cancellation requests made after delivery or access will not be entertained.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are not applicable for digital products once they have been delivered or accessed, except under the following circumstances:

A refund may be considered if:

• The product is defective, corrupted, or inaccessible, and the issue cannot be resolved.

• Refunds are generally completed within 7–14 business days, as per banking and payment gateway norms in India.

5. No Cancellation Charges

As per the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, AndroBranch does not impose unfair cancellation charges. However, due to the nature of digital goods, cancellations after delivery are not possible.
